I just made this top last night from a slinky tank I had but was getting rid of and and old black T-shirt I was getting rid of too. It was super simple! Might try to make another one with a different color fringe.
Any aside from the darkness of the outfit which makes it hard to see in the full length pic, I did like the outfit and it was comfy and pretty cozy. I didn't like going to the restroom with all that fringe on the skirt ! The skirt is a bit short for high heels at work but wearing black leggings underneath made it not noticeable.
